Joy and excitement fill the air in the form of laughter and sweet smiles. The promise of a new chapter wrapped around her finger. Love glowing from both of their faces, the kind of love that leaves you all giddy and warm inside. Oh what a beautiful way to start off a day!
Kylie and Ross are one of the sweetest, most easy going couples I have had the joy of meeting. I had the joy of photographing them in the Fall of last year, and they were absolutely amazing in spite of the bitter cold temperatures we had that day. That was the first time I met Ross, but I already was acquainted with Kylie through her work at my favorite place to get my toes done, Made Ya Look Salon & Day Spa. She has a heart of gold, and when she reached out to me about getting engagement photos taken, I *may* have screamed in excitement for them both!
These two love birds were just adorable together. It was easy to see throughout their entire session the complete adoration they share for one another. I mean, Kylie looked absolutely radiant and was GLOWING as she laughed with Ross and gazed upon her man!! They shared so many tender and joyful moments together, I just swooned over their entire session. I loved that they brought along the cute little otter Ross used when he surprised Kylie with her ring. They even had a sign made up that suited their engagement and Kylie’s love for otters!
Kylie and Ross chose to enjoy their engagement session on my family farm. This is quickly becoming my favorite place to photograph my clients, especially for engagement sessions! It’s nestled in a nice quiet place in the middle of nowhere making it perfect for a romantic and secluded engagement session. As a bonus, the creek runs through it, so of course we got in the water for some fun photos in the creek! I adored watching them help steady one another as they walked on the slippery rocks in the creek. Photographing my clients in the creek is also becoming a fast favorite thing for me to do.
I could honestly spend all day long with couples like Kylie and Ross. Actually, I will get to next year for their wedding day! I am so very excited to spend more time capturing the love between these two sweethearts. True love is the most beautiful thing to see on camera, and their love shines through in abundance!
