Ten little fingers and ten little toes. A sweet, happy and healthy little boy. Such tiny little eyelashes at the end of his sleepy little eyelids. New parents full of love and happiness for their little family. So much love, I think my heart may explode with joy.
Collin is the newest member to my family tree, the sweet little bouncing baby boy of my dear cousin. He came into the world a bit earlier than expected, already letting everyone know he will do things his way in his time. While their first days as a family weren’t what they had planned and added some extra stress to the new parents, seeing them home, happy and full of love together is everything. It’s no wonder Collin is such a cutie pie and so easy going, he is so much like his parents. He was so pleasant for our first meeting, I could have just kept them all there all day and not minded it for one minute! This sweet little guy slept almost the entire time through his photos, only fussing for a brief period when he was hungry. Collin was so perfectly content, you couldn’t help but feel overjoyed living in the moment of it all.
Watching Bryan and Julie’s relationship grow and evolve into a beautiful marriage has been such a blessing. Now, being able to watch Collin grow out of that love just adds to the joy. I am so blessed to have them for my family. I love each and every member of my family and they are all so wonderful. I know that Collin will be lucky to grow up playing with his cousins the way Bryan, myself, and our cousins and siblings did. More so, Collin will have plenty of second cousins to grow up with and build friendships with.
This sweet family is so extra special and near and dear to my heart, and I had the absolute best time capturing this special time in their lives. Their tender kisses for their newborn son were filled with love and joy. I know they were sleep deprived, like all new parents are, but you would never have known it for a second. There was nothing but pure love and joy radiating on their faces. With an adorable baby like Collin, it’s no wonder they’re so wrapped around his teeny tiny little finger already. Everything about this session was so beautiful and lovely, I just loved it!
Sweet little Collin, I am so blessed to have finally gotten to meet you. I can’t wait to watch you grow and hear all the silly stories of the mischievous things you do when you get older (if you take after your dad anyway, maybe Julie will get lucky and you will be more like her haha!). I am so excited to see you take your first steps and try new foods, but sweet boy, take your time. I am sure that it will seem like a blink of an eye to your momma and daddy, so try not to rush them too much. I know you’ll soak up every minute of this time Bryan and Julie, because you both know that time flies by and is so precious. I love you three very much and am so excited to see what life has in store for you, thank you for letting me share in this time of your lives.
