Capturing couples in love will always be one of my absolute most favorite things to do in life.
Couples that are happy in love just have a wonderful glow about them and are so much fun to work with. Kayla and Rob certainly brought that glow with them for their 5th anniversary session.
I have had the joy of knowing both Kayla and Rob since their wedding, and was actually fortunate enough to help capture their special day when they celebrated with their family and friends. So I couldn't have been more excited when they asked me to capture some extra special anniversary photos of them for their fifth anniversary. When Kayla told me that five years had already gone past, I could hardly believe it. Time certainly does fly when you're having fun!
The love shared between Kayla and Rob has always been so easy to see. Every time I am around them, the way they feel for one another shows so brightly on their faces. They truly love, support and cherish one another, and they looked every bit as happy as they did on the day of their wedding ceremony. I say wedding ceremony, because they had actually been so in love with one another, they married at the courthouse prior to celebrating with family and friends which might be one of the sweetest love stories ever.
These two chose to enjoy their anniversary session at the beautiful Dries Orchards while the fruit trees were in bloom. I know so many people love Fall photos, but for me, the Spring time when the fruit trees are blooming will always be my favorite. I couldn't have picked a more perfectly dreamy and romantic setting to celebrate these two love birds. And they added to the entire romantic and ethereal vibe with their loving and tender care for one another.
Kayla and Rob, congratulations on reaching your fifth year milestone of wedded bliss. I am so thankful everyday that I have been able to get to know you both and call you friends, and thankful that you trusted me to capture this extra special milestone in your lives together! Here's to many many more years of wonderfully wedded bliss!
